Lots of colour, because being a Drag Queen in the Romanian capital is difficult and dangerous, and you have to stay positive and cheerful. With her exaggerated make-up and multicoloured wigs, this artist is like a box of sour sweets.
In Romania, homosexuals were thrown into prison until 2001.
During this shoot, this Drag Queen and I were attacked by a homophobe armed with a motorbike helmet.
Naturally, I stepped in to defend her!
A shocking and strange moment in my career.
As someone who is not gay, being attacked by a homophobe made me understand even better what these people go through every day.
